Personalized Three-Week Training Plan - Online
This service includes four parts:
1) Video Breakdown - the player shares with Coach Mo three to five video clips of them performing a certain action (dribble combination, jumpshot, layup, move out of triple threat, etc.) or exercise many times. This can be done on a live video call, if preferred.
2) Personalized Three-Week Training Plan - Coach Mo will email the player a personalized three-week training plan focused on the technical aspects in need of improvement, as highlighted by the video breakdown. Should the player incur any setbacks, they can reach out for support at any time!
3) One on One Online Coaching Session - Following the video breakdown and is a 25 minute one on one video breakdown session and training plan explanation. During this session, Coach Mo will highlight technical aspects that are optimal and in need of improvement alike, and discuss anything else the player would like regarding their development in basketball.
4) One Month Follow-Up - Coach Mo will politely reach out to the player via email to see how their personal training sessions went, as well as to provide further support to the player.
